If you are dissatisfied with a product, we want to correct the problem quickly. Please send us an email expressing your concern and we will try to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
If you would like to proceed with a return, our return policy lasts 30 days from the point of purchase. After those 30 days have passed, we can not offer you a return.
Electronic goods such as Downloads are NOT eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging slip.
