Active Lesson Bundle: Kindergarten/ 1st Grade/ 2nd Grade Math Fluency (Addition & Subtraction)

These PowerPoint  slides focus on reinforcing math fluency. The slides can be shared on a projector, Smart Board or technology of your choice.

Once you’ve downloaded your file :

Choose your preferred color marker and position them on the floor or on your mat. We use four colored markers (red, green, purple, and yellow). Some of our favorite color markers are PolySpots, bean bags, cones, and our Answer Pad.

Then, have the students choose their answer by moving to the corresponding color marker.

Lastly, how the students move their bodies is completely up to you (we love to jump, skip, leap, and step).  Remember to be creative, be safe, and have fun!
